Our Training and Consulting Offer

In the today’s dynamic environment a company which does not have a clear vision and well integrated internal system connecting strategy with operations to execute the strategy does, not have a future. We have prepared a series of trainings which teach how to design and implement the Communicating Vessel Strategy-Operations system and make sure that it will work efficiently. Our consulting offer helps companies in designing and implementing the flexible Strategy-Operations system through knowledge transfer and leadership of the project. Trainings/workshops for management are a significant element of our consulting offer. In fact it is the company’s management, not a consultant who will be implementing changes in the company. What is more, the knowledge gained on the project will stay with the company even when the consultants are gone.
