Optimisation of processes

Business processes are not only production, administration or logistics processes. Strategy formulation, information management or updating a strategy are also processes. The rules applied to both categories are the same. The processes in a company are responsible for executing what the company wants to do. They are interdependent. All of them have to work perfectly in order to achieve the desired result.
